This is a waterfall created by past volcanic and glacier activity. It's on OR-58 near Oakridge (East of Eugene).
Crater Lake - taken on March 12 2000
These are pictures of Crater Lake, Which about 8000 years ago used to be Mount Mazama. A huge eruption of similar preportions to Mt St. Helens led to it's colapse and creation of the lake. It is about 6 miles wide and 4000 feet deep. The rim of the lake is at approximately 7000 feet (from the viewing area).
Oregon Coast - taken on March 19 2000
